CAVA BRUT RESERVA:

Classic Sumarroca, our own vineyards and a minimum contribution of Chardonnay in the traditional blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel.lo and a minimum aging of

24 months in stacks.

Pale yellow colour. Fresh aroma where the fruit notes from the base wine mix with notes of pastry from the aging of two years. The palate is fresh and fruity with fine bubbles andpleasant which integrates perfectly to the structure of cava.

HUMM:

An updated version of sweet wine made from Muscat Blanc à Petit Grains, resulting in a wine which is aromatic, soft, elegant and above all cool, perfect for pairing with a meal or just having a drink outdoors. Made exclusively from a selection of Muscat grapes from vineyards at least 15 years in age.

Powerful and elegant aroma with clear notes of fresh Muscat grapes combined with white flowers. Very soft on the palate with a sweet entry and a very cool ans persistent finish which invites you to repeat the experience.
