Analitic

Made from a selection of wine from the territory of the Garnacha grape variety. The selection of the wine is especially important since high-expression wines are used in order to obtain an aromatic vinegar, capable of expressing the acetic part (characteristic of this product) finely and elegantly, as well as the fruity part of the Garnacha grape.

Acetic fermentation is carried out in a controlled manner in a stainless steel tank. The mother of vinegar transforms the alcohol in the wine into acetic acid. Maintaining the rest of the aroma of the wine is during this key process for the result.
The process ends with maturation in American oak intending to enrich the complexity of the final vinegar (providing toasted and spicy notes).

The result is a full-bodied vinegar with an intense scarlet colour and a fine fruity and vegetal background. A vinegar that transports us to the tastes of yesteryear, with the aroma and flavour of traditional Mediterranean vinegar.

Acidity: 6º
Appearance: transparent, can produce natural sediments.
Color: ripe cherry colour.
Taste: pleasant acidity with sensations of dried fruit, vegetable notes and a background of red fruits.
Smell: intense, slightly fruity.
