This artisanal process allows the full potential of the Pinot Noir to be realized, resulting in a cava with an intense and captivating pink color, surprising flavor complexity, and exceptional delicacy.
Sumarroca Gran Reserva cava is an exquisite manifestation of winemaking mastery and tradition. Crafted from the vineyards of the Sumarroca estates, this cava is produced using traditional methods, reflecting an unwavering commitment to quality and authenticity.
Gran Reserva Brut Nature stands out for its extended aging of over 30 months in the depths of our cellars, allowing its aromas and flavors to evolve into sublime complexity. With every sip, layers of refined textures and elegant nuances unfold, highlighting notes of green apple, citrus, and toasted almonds, all wrapped in a silky creaminess that only time can bestow.
Within the framework of the diversity of our cavas, we have wanted to deepen the elaborations of minimal intervention, under the 2CV range, eliminating the addition of sulphites, to express the fruitiness of the cava to the maximum.
